BETTER THAN PRE-CONSTRUCTION PRICING – Davie, Florida, USA

When you think about how much today’s home prices have been reduced, you think about existing homes, the short sales, foreclosures and definitely the few remaining brand new builder inventory homes remaining, if any. But, don’t forget about today’s historic pricing for building a brand new home. You just have to know where to look!

In west Davie in 2004/2005, Southern Homes was selling very well detailed luxury estate homes on ‘builder acres’ (min. 35,000 sq. ft. of land) from the mid $900s. Now you can buy today’s versions of those same homes on the same size huge homesites for at least $200,000 less. These brand new homes are better appointed and safer (impact glass), so much more energy efficient (15 SEERs) and you are buying for a lot less than what they used to cost when the market was just taking off

Plus, you may have some finished versions of them to see first, including models, completed and nearing completion. These spacious designs are flexible too where you can add additional rooms, garage space, valuable rear covered terrace extensions, even a guest house.

If you’ve got the money, have the qualifying income (you can’t pretend you do to the bank anymore) are itching for a change or to jump on that brand new dream home idea you’ve been talking about for a while instead of remodeling, today is the day to do it, there will never be a better time to buy and build you new home. Think about it, you could move in next summer!
